ROSHN Innovation Summit 2025 - Lume Studio x Pioneer events
Project type
Event 3D Visualization
Date
Nov 2025
Location
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Lume Studio collaborated with Pioneer Events to support the 3D visualization process for the ROSHN Innovation Summit 2025.
The project involved translating evolving creative ideas into spatial visuals that could support both design development and production planning throughout a fast-paced workflow. As concepts evolved through client feedback and internal discussions, multiple directions, layouts, and environmental studies were explored to help align creative intent with execution realities.
In projects of this scale, 3D visualization becomes an important working tool across teams — helping creatives shape ideas, supporting production teams with spatial clarity, and allowing stakeholders to better understand the experience before execution begins.
The work presented here includes both final visuals and selected explorations from earlier stages of the process, reflecting the collaborative thinking and continuous refinement that shaped the final outcome.
A special thanks to the Pioneer Events team for the trust, coordination, and collaboration throughout the project.
